Bryan L. Willis
Founder and operator focused on the intersection of customer experience, operational control, strategic execution, and organizational trust.
Bryan founded Lysinc after more than a decade in regulated financial services, where he worked across complex client resolution, executive escalations, operational risk, quality, and team leadership.
His experience includes reducing resolution time, improving service quality, lowering exposure, redesigning escalation practices, and translating customer problems into operating improvements.
Lysinc was created to bring that same discipline to organizations that need focused transformation without the drag, theater, or dependency that often accompanies large consulting engagements.
